Filmograf was founded in 2008 and is an independent company with exclusively Polish capital. The company produces, distributes and sells DVDs, VCDs, HD DVDs on the Polish and international market. In addition, Filmograf distributes, sells and purchases license and copyrights mainly to animated films. It also does film and TV production. Filmograf specializes primarily in programmes for children; the company collaborates closely with Studio Miniatur Filmowych, PlanetNemo (one of the leaders of animated film productions in France), Wild Bunch (a French-Belgium distributing company), and Egmont (children’s magazines publisher). Filmograf constantly enriches its film catalogue.

The company actively participates in MIPTV, MIPCOM and MIPJUNIOR markets, as well as trainings and pitchings connected to Cartoon Forum, Cartoon Finance, Cartoon Master, and Cartoon Movie.
