MTL Maxfilm is one of the biggest independent film producers in Poland. The company realizes TV series, including hits of the multi-million audience like "Złotopolscy", "M jak Miłość” or “Kryminalni”. The company, established in 1992, produces TV films and series in cooperation with Polish Television, TVN and the German ARD TV (series "Słoneczna włócznia").

At the beginning of the new century MTL Maxfilm started the production of feature films, mostly comedies: “Zróbmy sobie wnuka” and romantic comedies blockbusters “Nigdy w życiu!”, "Tylko mnie kochaj" and "Dlaczego nie!". It is worth to mention that it was the success of "Nigdy w życiu!" in 2004 (1.6 million viewers), what opened a golden period of Polish entertainment cinema.

MTL Maxfilm was executive producer  of TV series: "Aby do świtu" (1992), "Tajemnica Sagali" (1996), "Sposób na Alcybiadesa" (1997), "Gwiezdny pirat" (1998) and "Złotopolscy" (1997 - 2004), "M jak Miłość" (2000 - 2008), "Kryminalni" (2004 - 2008). Films released in theatres include: "Panna z mokrą głową" (1994), "Spona" (1998), "Zakochani" (2000), "Nigdy w życiu!" (2004), "Tylko mnie kochaj" (2006), "Dlaczego nie!" (2007), "Nie kłam, kochanie" (2008).
