Arkana Studio is an independent production company, founded in 2003 by Dorota Roszkowska. The company is based in Warsaw, acts worldwide and specializes in documentary film. The main fields of activity of Arkana Studio is: production, education and promotion of documentary filmmaking.

Recent productions:

• “Młyn i Krzyż” / “The Mill and the Cross” (80’) directed by Lech Majewski , project based on Peter Breughel’s  painting “The Procession to Calvary”, 2010, coproduction.
• “Kruzenshtern” (56’) directed by Maciej Cuske; 2009, coproduction TVP/ARTE/YLE; production
• “Poste Restante” (14’), directed by Marcel Łoziński, 2008; production. The film won European Film Award for best short film in 2009.

Arkana Studio is the organizer of the international workshops of documentary film and pitching Dragon Forum with its final during the Krakow Film Festival (www.dragonforum.pl). Arkana Studio is also a co-organizer of international conferences and Multimedia Festival at the Royal Way in Warsaw – Sztuka Dokumentu  (www.sztukadokumentu.pl).
