Polish Audiovisual Producers Chamber of Commerce (KIPA) was established to protect  the  economic and legal  interests of  the Polish audiovisual sector.
The creation of KIPA was initiated in November 2000 by Association of Independent Film And Television Producers  and was determined by  the needs of the audiovisual  society.  The  establishment  of KIPA was the final phase of creating a new audiovisual producers reality in Poland. It was  extremely important  in the time of accession to the EU, to create a modern and efficient mechanism to support Polish producers.
