Grupa Noel was officially founded in 2006 after several years of activity as an informal film group. The company is owned by Małgorzata Włodarkiewicz-Patelska and Aleksandra Mierzwińska. Grupa Noel specializes in TV production, screenplays, editing, sound recording on movie set, and 2D and 3D animations. In postproduction the company uses animation and compositing programmes, which operate on the Macintosh platform (Final Cut Studio 2, Shake, Logic pro). Grupa Noel has been licensed by Dolby Laboratories to use DD logo in its productions and co-productions for commercial purposes. The staff involved in the production includes the owners and five other experts. Grupa Noel has available Macintosh editing computers, Sony XDCAM EX cameras, Steadicam, soundset (mixer, recorder, directional mic) and a small green box (35m2). After three years in the Polish market, Grupa Noel decided to create a daughtercompany, Vlogha Studio, which specializes in 3D and 2D animation.
